    I am proud to serve as the Northeastern Program Manager for the MidwayUSA Foundation, a national 501(c)(3) public charity grant-making foundation headquartered in Columbia, MO. This foundation was created by Larry and Brenda Potterfield to help communities and organizations raise funds to support high school and college level youth shooting sports teams. Our primary focus is the rapidly growing Team Endowment Program to provide sustainable annual funding for youth shooting sports teams. The Team Endowment Program has approximately 2,800 active member shooting teams nationwide with endowment account balances totaling over $172 million. We also hold approximately $150 million in Agency, Donor Designated, DAF, and Specialty Endowments to support partner organizations with a youth shooting sports mission and programs that we believe are strategically important to youth shooting sports. To date we have provided over $60 million in cash and non-cash grants for the benefit of over 125,000 youth shooters annually. In 2024, we will award over $2 million in range development grants to improve shooting ranges supporting youth teams. The MidwayUSA Foundation is changing the future of youth shooting sports!
