    I teach inpatient teens at a psychiatric hospital. Confined in a locked ward due to a risk of harm to themselves or others, they receive two hours of education a day by state law. I have developed a unique liberal arts curriculum of History, Science, English, Math, and Art, organized chronologically from the Ancient period to the 21st century (see attached chart). Lessons are heavily activity-based, but include readings, labs, activities, games, and media enrichment (audio and visual) segments, with a concluding multiple-choice assessment.

    I was responsible for drafting and execution of daily scene changes for the soap operas "Loving" and later "The City". This included specifying the trucking, construction, painting, propping, and dressing of about 20 sets a week. I developed and programmed in MS Access a database management system for all scenic elements, which had never been done before for a daytime drama series.
