Devised and established company's quality procedures, standards and specifications, including reviewing existing policies and make suggestions for improvements. Successfully developed CMM and Smart Scope inspection programs using PCDIMIS CAD, Calypso-Zeiss and Measure Mind programing software. Inspected precision machined parts in line with customer provided blueprints, using inspection equipment, such as CMM, Smart Scope, surface gages, micrometers, calipers and other inspection devices. Maintained gage calibration procedures and conducted gage R & R studies by using Gage Pack calibration software.I have some key contributions including:• Streamlined complex dimensional inspections that saved time and money by developing and implementing "plug & play" inspection processes using DCC, CMM's and Vision System.• Developed and implemented effective dimensional metrology inspection procedures and processes.• Made substantial contributions in achieving AS9100 certification by creating AS9100 standards and documentation.• Achieved annual cost savings by developing AS9100 compliant calibration, inspection, SPC and nonconforming material process, procedures, SOP's and forms.• Developed and implemented a certified NDT testing lab that eliminated the need to send aerospace product to an outside vendor which saved time and money.
