Funding is being provided by the Coachella Valley Conservancy with some initial funding also from the Living Desert. Goals are to restore the historical buildings on the site, build some additional housing and introduce programs for artists, overnight astronomy, scouting, etc.

Assignment ended when Clarendon closed their California operations. Also acted as expert witness on several workers compensation premium issues and eventually developed the fore mentioned self insurance program, including state submission, underwriting program and broker network.
