    Pilot, Squadron Commander of C-130 unit in Viet Nam. Flew fighters, bombers, transports, helicopters, and small aircraft. Shot down in Vietnam in 1969 over Laos. Rescued by helicopter. Spent two tours in Vietnam, one year in Iceland, Spain during the Cuban Missle Crisis and flew world wide as a pilot in C-118 (DC-6). Rescue helicopter Commander in Vietnam. Hold Commercial Pilots License in Helicopters land and water and DC-6 and Convairs. Formerly District Manager for Saunders Leasing System, President of Avis Truck Rental, District Manager for Gelco Truck Leasing, Board of Directors for Avis and Baker Leasing Company.While in military I was stationed in Iceland, Spain, Laos, and Vietnam and traveled over most of the world. I will always consider my primary job that of an Air Force Military Pilot.
