    As Director of Financial Reporting at PR Newswire / Cision, I provided strategic support to all levels of the organization from executives to middle management, accounting, tax, marketing, product, and investor relations. I implemented a weekly revenue dashboard, which included variance analyses to budget, forecast, prior year and prior month. I analyzed KPIs for all lines of the business. This included the sales team level, the sales rep level, and the item level. These analyses were used to grow the business to become a leader in the industry. I have worked extensively with developers.I was also responsible for the IT project time management system. As administrator of the system, I implemented a completely revamped and streamlined reporting process for our capitalizable costs by developing new and more useful reports for capex calculations.I was the finance subject matter expert for our product rationalization project which was set up to clean up our inventory of products.I’m always looking for areas and ways to streamline, grow and change the way things are done so that reporting can help to grow and improve the business.
