  November 2018- Currently working on the renovation and updating of two single-family residences in the southwest Florida cities of Punta Gorda (~2,500 sq ft) and Cape Coral (~3,900 sq ft). December 2018 Recently finished the schematic design drawings of a live/ work loft for a pair of artists. Located in the “Little Haiti” neighborhood of Miami. Dividing a living area with 3beds/ 2baths, from that of an art gallery is studio space for metalworking and painting. (~5,000 sq ft.) December 2015-2018 Collaboration with Erling Berg at Erling Berg Arkitekt Developed design concepts and draw plans for new cabin residents near Fresno California (~2,500 sq ft), and the design for a small cabin retreat (150 sq ft) for the same client. March 2016-2017 Collaboration with Kylee Keller at Form Lab As-Built construction documents and plans for renovations to a single family residence in the city of Brisbane, near South San Francisco, California. I also helped her to design and fabricate a number of art installations she was commissioned. November 2016 Collaboration with Mark Cruz at Cruz Architecture+Design LLP As-Built construction documents and plans for renovations to a single-family residence to be converted to a Pre-School and Day Care center in the Bernal Heights District of San Francisco, California.   Occasionally, I consult on design plans for new swimming pool designs and back yard builds. Family owned. Under my father, Bjarne Ike Eikevik, owner of Swimming Pools by Ike, I grew up learning how to build and design pools. I have done hands-on work in building pools and for multiple other related industries at all levels of the construction process.
