Received a Patent for inventing the MASS app. The MASS application provides a monthly snapshot of selected merchant portfolios processing on three First Data platforms: North, South and Omaha. Executed mainframe job streams and multiple small-platform streams to create custom database systems transmitted to 100+ external clients. The process employed Connect Direct, FTP, Messageway and other transfer protocols, maintenance of COBOL, SAS, Visual Basic and MS Access modules, and high demand for quality control. This system produced direct revenue of $100,000 per month. Managed IT projects through the implementation phase. Hosted conference calls attended by senior management, data security, project management office and development groups.
