• Led a team of 100 Husky staff and consultants/contractors in taking production at Husky Energy’s Tucker Thermal Project from 3000 bopd to 10000+ bopd. • Developed plans to take the project to 20,000 bopd using the installed steam generating capacity (Five x 280 MMBTU/hr. OTSG’s).• Responsible for all Health, Safety and Environment aspects of the project.• Managed a Capital budget of between $ 30 and $100 Million per year• Managed Operating budget of $70 to $100 Million per year.• Responsible for Field operations – through a subordinate Field Manger.• Responsible for Reservoir engineering and furthering technical understanding of SAGD performance in this reservoir• Responsible for facilities design, fabrication, construction and installation of new wells and well-head facilities to bring on new production.• Responsible for preparation and adherence to all budgets, capital and operating plans for the project.• Responsible for reserves booking, development and additions at the project.

• With three partners, founded and operated a private Canadian Oil and Gas Exploration and Production company, Pine Petroleum Limited. •Pine Petroleum is solvent but inactive.• Used Russian-developed technology – Remote Sensing Direct Detection of Hydrocarbons (RSDD-H) to identify surface indications of sub-surface hydrocarbons in order to high-grade and acquire – usually with operating partners – land in yet-to-be discovered plays or play-offsets.• Provided prospectivity studies on a contract basis to a number of Canadian Exploration and Production Companies, both junior and senior.• Develop prospects and leads throughout onshore Canada to Pine Petroleum’s account.• Acquired lands throughout Western and Northern Canada and developed several projects to production.• Achieved maximum production rate of 140 boe/d early 2006. • COO responsibility encompasses all day-to-day operations including supervision of contract geology and geophysics personnel, land acquisition and administration; production/revenue accounting; general accounting and bookkeeping; management and financial reporting; banking and bank covenant reporting and compliance; contracts, legal and tax management issues; joint ventures negotiations and administration; government compliance; and all other administration functions necessary to keep the company operating.

• In a development posting to the United Kingdom with the intention of acquiring international and technical experience, performed a number of tasks of increasing complexity.• Co-ordinated the technical report required to quantify BP’s equity in the Forties Field Final Redetermination. This was the largest geo-technical study ever performed by BP on a North Sea field and resulted in an executive settlement seen as fair to all parties (BP and Shell/Esso). One percent of Forties was worth about $250MM.• Prepared reservoir deliverability forecasts for four Southern North Sea gas reservoirs (Cleeton, Ravenspurn, Hyde, and Hoton).• Evaluated all Central North Sea oil reservoirs as candidates for depletion by SWOPS (single well oil production system) technology.• Performed routine prospect evaluations of Central and Northern North Sea oil reservoirs and compiled British Petroleum Exploration Ltd.’s Long Term Oil Forecast.
