    Materiel Readiness Officer responsible for the implementations of Agency initiatives and the medical maintenance readiness of more than 1220 client organizations within globally designated geographical regions. Direct responsibility of the medical maintenance support and readiness of III Corps medical assets within four U.S. Army Deployable Divisions, Support/Sustainment Brigades, and Organizations in a designated geographical region consisting of 25 states and six countries. Facilitates the delivery of analysis of medical maintenance support requirements and technical guidance to supported organizations while maintaining close coordination with United States Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA), Corps level assets and local support agencies. Formulates maintenance requirements between supported organizations and corresponding agencies up to the national level (i.e., Regional Medical Logistics Support units, USAMMA's three Medical Maintenance Operation Divisions and the National Maintenance Program). Coordinates and assist in developing resource requirement estimate and recommendations for supported organizations (e.g., equipment density reports, maintenance service schedules, equipment disposition instructions, Medical Equipment Set (MES) assembly management, Medical Maintenance Support Structure, and medical materiel and repair parts requisition reconciliations). Manages on-site assessments, technical expertise, and training related to the medical maintenance readiness of supported organizations. Collaborates with USAMMA managers with facilitating on-site infrastructure, materiel handling support and organization synchronization for fielding mission maintenance support or on-site depot training mission support.

    Serves as the Senior Healthcare Technology Manager for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Deputy Chief of Staff Surgeon Office. An Army Service Component Command that manages Title ten responsibilities for over 28,000 Soldiers supporting missions globally. Responsible for coordinating with the Department of the Army to ensure the management, reset and modernization of medical materiel valued at $165M. Ensures the acquisition and sustainment of Special Operation Forces medical equipping requirements and oversees the fielding and distribution of $29M in new medical equipment annually. Responsible for maintenance and readiness for over 15,208 pieces of medical equipment dispersed to 17 geographical locations. Synchronizes medical logistics support to Army Special Operations Forces operators with Theater Lead Agents for Medical Materiel in support of global operational requirements. Liaison with Headquarters, Department of the Army, Office of the Surgeon General, United States Army Medical Command, Joint Special Operations Command, United States Special Operations Command, and other commands, installations and agencies to meet materiel requirements globally.

Equipment management scope included seven primary health clinics site, 22 specialty clinics, four troop medical clinics, one Army Depot Occupational Health Clinic, A Warrior Transition organization, seven dental and four veterinary clinics under the management of the medical center. Served as a member of the Working Priority Budget Acquisition Committee, Executive Priority Budget Acquisition Committee, the Environment of Care/Safety Committee and the Facility Space Committee. Served as the Medical Equipment Transition Officer for the Military Healthcare Outfitting & Transition team for the new replacement medical center at Fort Hood, TX (Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center). Served as the lead medical equipment planner on a team of Program/ Project Mangers, Project Schedulers, Medical Care Planners, Procurement Specialists, Clinical Staff, and Hospital Administrators in a joint venture on the completion of the new $466 million medical center. Coordinated and executed move schedules, produced comprehensive move day management plans, comprehensive phasing timelines and graphics assisting the team in the management of assigned projects improving the medical centers transition.

Developed strategic plans for organizations and subordinates’ technical and tactical proficiencies, ensured readiness posture; responsible for supervisory oversight, mentorship and actions of 13 U.S military, three U.S General Service Civilians, four Korean Government Service and six Korean Service Corps personnel; $55 million property book. Forecasted and monitored medical equipment purchase requirements for the Capital Expense and Medical Care Support Equipment Programs. Ensured the hospital was in compliance with all DOD, Army, Federal, and Joint Commission guidelines, policies, and regulations governing patient care equipment and property accountability.
