RBS: Responsible for transitioning portfolios containing over 400 assets from ABN AMRO Bank's ACBS sub-ledger and RAPID credit system to RBS' LOANIQ and Prism systems to finalize RBS’ acquisition of ABN AMRO assets. Maintained the entire Financial Restructuring & Recovery Portfolio and processed restructures and amendments during the transition process. Frequent out of court, as well as, post-petition refinances processed at an average rate of 6 a month. Chicago liaison to Stamford office and ABN AMRO asset subject matter expert answering historical data inquiries, while preparing several thousand physical legal documents for offsite storage, enabling close of Chicago office.
