      The evolution continues. As the business continues to grow, so do my skills. It's time to get strategic in the where we are going and my role going forward is to explore the best methods in steering this ship and focussing more on deliverables both from a planning sense and a practical sense.As Titan Digital grew and the appointment by Google as a Premier Partner, the need arose for me to work exclusively with Google and their team in running a series of digital marketing labs (seminars) around Australia. These were run in the both Perth and Sydney along with key regional centres such as Geelong, Newcastle and Canberra.The role also entailed identifying similar smaller agencies in these centres, ensuring they were the right fit and ultimately appointing them as Associate Partners to Titan Digital, a joint Titan/Google initiative. I then worked with and ran Google seminars for these businesses in their respective areas with the intention of white labelling Titan’s products and ultimately growing their businesses. As is the case in any of my roles, I personally carried an individual sales objective.• Ran 30+ Seminars, Digital Marketing Labs and Lunch and Learns throughout Australia in conjunction with Google to groups as small as 20 businesses right up to 300+ at the major Digital Marketing Labs in Perth and Sydney• Fed large numbers of “warm” sales leads as a result of the seminars into the lead pool that converted to sales and had a massive impact on company revenue.• Identified and established a network of 9 Associate Partners from Geelong to Coffs Harbour.       This start up web development organisation was an offshoot division to an existing Perth based media and events organisation. Initially employed as a BDM, in June 2001, I was promoted to Sales Manager and charged with the role of establishing a complete sales focused business including Telemarketing, Sales personnel and support staff as well as creating successful marketing initiatives and strategies and ultimately responsible for the day to day running of the organisation with a keen focus on sales and targets.In March 2004 the inevitable takeover of Webfirm occurred and we became a true stand alone business. My title changed to that of General Sales Manager reporting directly to the sole owner. The business continued to grow and by March 2006, and with pressure from both our key partners (Google and Yahoo), it was determined we needed to take our unique business model national. At this point my role changed to Special Projects Manager and my primary focus was to establish a network of agents around Australia. This role involved identifying suitable businesses and generating direct sales in their areas to get them interested. Then a series of seminars were rolled out in conjunction with the Agent.
