TES Survey Equipment Services LLC, Abu Dhabi an Ashtead Technology group company, distributor of environmental, geophysical, survey and remotely operated vehicle equipment. The company offers sale and rental services for surface and sub-surface positioning, geophysical, hydrographic, and oceanographic equipment. It also provides engineering, calibration, offshore field, and onsite maintenance support services. From serving as Key Account Manager to the company in my previous role, providing sales and technical advice, and support I moved as General Manager which allowed the company to surpass the competition in the Middle East. I also facilitated the acquisition by and the integration with Ashtead Technology. Managed all aspects of the business and developed strong relationships with the global senior management team. During my tenure, I brought in millions and saved millions: I quickly increased the market share, relocated the company to larger premises, as well as expanded in the Saudi Arabian and Qatari markets. I laser-focused on sales activities by closely monitoring the CRM and mapping the market activity to refine strategy and tactics. I was the Middle East main point of contact for implementation of parent companies ERP system and I provided support and training to local staff. I reduced annual costs, followed up on payments, erased the risk of catastrophic data loss which increased efficiency, negotiated preferential rate agreements, eliminated reliance on external contractors, engaged in fire and safety inspection and training as well as became known as a trusted advisor for both clients and manufacturers.

Forum Subsea Rentals a subsidiary of Forum Energy Technologies, an international oilfield products company, serving the subsea, drilling, completion, production and infrastructure sectors of the oil and natural gas industry.I moved to Forum Subsea Rentals from Seatronics to develop the Technical Department along with other key personnel. The result was to put Forum Subsea Rentals ahead of the competition in terms of technical knowledge, supply, and support. I was hired as Workshop Manager and progressed from Technical Sales Account Manager to Technical Manager. I managed all technical teams including the rental equipment workshop, calibration lab, technical support, repairs department and in-house product development and production. I also continued to be the Key Account Manager for several multi-million dollar customer accounts.Soon, I was chosen to represent the company and travel to regional offices, I increased the client base and the scope of supply, improved the departmental performance, created ongoing cost savings, secured hiring budgets, trained sales and technical personnel, safely increased the technical output, and supervised recalibration and modification of alternative equipment to cover global short falls.

Industry-leading technology specialists who provide marine electronic equipment to the global subsea market via rental, hire, and purchase options.I joined the company as a Workshop Engineer and grew from a Product Development Supervisor to a Workshop Manager role. I reported on the day-to-day running of rentals, repairs, and calibrations to Group Technical Director. I supervised and delivered technical training to an engineering team composed of 20 persons. I also provided technical support and recommendations to clients. During my time in the company, I generated additional revenue by designing a product development workshop, developed the DTS 6000 for deep-water video and data telemetry which was used during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and other projects worldwide, identified rental pool opportunities via in-house product development and managed equipment production whilst improving the quality of materials from suppliers.
