CEO
-
1985 - 2001
President and CEO of the then, highest volume, independently owned, single unit operation in upstate New York. Over time, built the company into three separate outlets. The Cranberry Bog was a white tablecloth steak and seafood restaurant located in Albany N.Y. Bog Banquets operated the 300 seat Shaker Ridge Country Club. This operation specialized in exclusive weddings and corporate functions in a luxury country club setting. In 1998, Feigenheimer purchased The Coffee Roaster in Boca Raton Fl. This local icon served high end breakfast and lunch to Boca's rich and famous. Feigenheimer operated all three units independently for several years, building a skilled operating team across two states. During that time he helped build the Restaurant Operator's Co operative. A Group Purchasing Organization that helped local operators in the Albany NY area compete w/ national chains from a buying perspective.

Vice President
-
1995 - 2000
While owning and operating my own restaurants, myself and two competitors built a non aligned Group Purchasing Organization for independent restaurant operators. The organization (ROC) became a 100 unit buying group that literally changed the balance of power in the upstate NY region between distributors and independent operators. As Chairman of the primary vendor committee, ROC negotiated contracts for products from produce to paper. The ability to convince 100 independent operators to change their purchasing habits and join a new organization was both brutally tough and rewarding.
