I have taught several new employees through our apprenticeship program, all of whom have finished at the top of their class in this company wide initiative. Dedicated employees have helped maintain a high ratio of overall store sales.I was also responsible for designing the layout, equipment procurement, setup and training in the meat and seafood departments in new stores within our company.
