    Had the great fortune of being an employee of Lockheed Martin Corporation, the world’s largest Defense Contractor (and predecessors Ford Aerospace and Martin Marietta) and performed efforts in all aspects of Business Management. In particular, I was responsible for:1. Accounting Organizations of varying sizes (at times in excess of one hundred employees). All aspects of Accounting were under my authority. Accounting Organizations included the Internal Audit staff and function.2. Financial Management / Cost and Schedule Performance of Projects and Programs that were up to billions of dollars in size. This included hands on detailed financial performance measurement. 3. Corporate Accounting Manager including responses to accounting promulgations of the FASB, overall accounting affectivity, direction, training and accounting governance before the term became in vogue. As Corporate Accounting Manager I was responsible for Internal Audit as well.4. Overall Financial and Budget Management for a $3B Division of the Company. (Titles included Senior Accounting Manager, Senior Finance Manager and Asst. Controller among others.)5. Hiring hundreds of people in my career and of course strong emphasis on employee training and team building.One recent example of performance – Chosen by Executive Management to evaluate concerns within our subsidiary located in Great Britain. I was then asked to assume the CFO position and correct non compliance conditions.
