    As Project Manager I have been allowed to participate in great projects directed to achieve our business goals. I've recently celebrated 7 years with SafeRack. It's been very challenging & exciting being involved in a company experiencing such explosive growth.Overseeing a 48,000 sq. ft. plant expansion in 2013 has allowed us to grow to meet the needs of several new product line launches.During this time I have been granted the opportunity to assist in product designs that have & will position our products to be the leader in each market.Managing projects for the Lean Manufacturing initiative have produced an atmosphere of quality, productivity & pride. Being involved in numerous equipment procurement projects ranging from process identification, purchase, training & production launch have been a great personal growth experience. Through the years I've been able to assist our company from a tooling & process specialist, to Quality Control inspector, equipment procurement & plant expansions. Now moving formally into new product development.2016 is positioned to bring new & exciting opportunities to me once again.

  Custom Machine & Design

    I began at Custom Machine as a manual machinist. I was recognized for having good problem solving abilities early on. Once Custom decided to move into the use of CNC machines I was moved in as the lead programmer & machinist. I later became the department supervisor as we continued to build the department & add more machines.My Tool & Die training was instrumental in my ability to design tooling such as jigs & fixtures used within the entire company, including welding as well as machining.Years later I would return to Custom as a Estimator & Outside Sales. There I worked with Project Engineers of such companies at Roche, Wellman, Behr, & AVX.
