    My job as a Leadman/Crewchief was to train people to manufacture vessels and to supervise them. I trained people on the shear, rolls, assemble vessels, weld vessels, hydro and paint vessels. Trained many to learn to read blueprints. Filled in at any place when one of my men was off or on vacation. I was responsible for scheduling work and vacations for the Mini/Line Dept. Also a certified code welder for Peerless MFG. Quality Control Inspector.
