    Key Duties:• To support and provide senior Group Accounting support to the Group Reporting Manager.• To take a leadership role in the preparation of all monthly consolidated financial information. This includes regular monthly financial reports, management reports, board reports, statutory and regulatory financial statements and returns;• To ensure that Fonterra Co-operative Group complies with relevant statutory, NZX, audit and shareholder reporting requirements.• To undertake general analysis including Shareholders’ Council reporting, and other adhoc projects.• To lead and manage a team of qualified accountants including performance reviews and personal administration ( 3 direct reports)• Ensure effective relationships across the Group by agreeing and implementing the management and financial accounting procedures and reporting processes utilising realistic timetables.• Ensure quality financial and KPI data from across the Group is derived, finalised, consolidated, analysed to identify, interpret and report exceptions or material variances.
