Identify, solicit and secure new business through a combination of personal calls, telephone sales calls, client events, sales blitzes, and trade shows, utilizing individual creativity and innovation. Manage and direct the on-property sales effort to achieve hotel revenue goals by proactively targeting current and new high value accounts in the market and implementing effective sales deployment strategies to grow market share. Actively participate in those community and trade organizations that most benefit the hotel's exposure to the community and the hotel's bottom line.
