Provide loving care and support to 3 beautiful and energetic boys (11,9 & 5)Provide loving care and support to my parents who had/have Alzheimer's DiseaseHumbled by the intensity and overwhelming amount of work this job entails!Developed even more courage, resilience and compassion from handling difficult life experiences.Grateful that I followed my intuition and postponed my "work contributions & accomplishments" until a future date...nothing beats the chance to nurture, nudge along & develop 3 wonderful future leaders, husbands and fathers.

Senior Human Resources Generalist
-
Oct 1995 - May 2002
Directed and supported management and line employees (Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing) in the areas of: Employee Relations and Compliance; Performance Management and Enhancement; Employee Development and Training, Rewards and Recognition, Compensation, Workforce Planning - including headcount planning; staffing; release; Data Integrity; Roll-Outs of Corporate Programs; Culture Management; Coaching & Employee Feedback Processes; and Strategic Projects. The personal quality that I'm most proud of myself for was my ability to genuinely collaborate with mangers and employees. I was approachable, a great listener and as "apolitical" you can be in an HR role. I truly cared about the company and it's employees and wanted to do my part to make it a great place to contribute. I'm an integrator...I can see things from multiple perspectives and can value all.Three projects I'm most proud of were the Manufacturing Reward and Recognition Program I developed; my management "enhancement" series I created called Applied Ahead; and the several employee "morale" events I initiated with my business partners. I look at them today and think, "Wow that was creative!".I was a great presence and "face" for the HR Team!
