    Over the entire operation of the Plasma Center from budget, hiring, training, and quality. When Center closed, it was at 120% of production budget and 100% of entire budget. The Center was in the top 25% for quality. We were also zero OSHA reportables for 5 years. Reason for closure: no parking for customers and unable to procure any.

    I ran the Plasma Center with a staff of 13 to qualify and collect plasma from paid donors and process said plasma to follow all regulations of a Plasma Operation. Also, did training, hiring and made sure that the Center was in compliance with the FDA and European Regulations.
