With a history that dates back more than 100 years, TMP have now been acquired by PeopleScout. TMP are able to accelerate delivery of the most innovative talent acquisition and attraction solutions in the UK and globally. Growth:Regularly overachieved on monthly targets, KPI’s, client relationships and new business development. A key reason for the sustained growth and performance was my ability to cross sell and up sell across all the services available including, creative design, social media, print, digital, website build, webinars, SEO, PPC campaigns, search and selection and RPO Culture:Being part of a close-knit regional team of 3 based in the Midlands, meant we were able to work quickly to provide a more personal service and provide only the solutions that were needed by our clients. Being a regular best performing team in the UK showcased that a more long-term mindset with our clients would improve retention, which also went onto achieve award winning outcomes for our clients and improved our customer journey, knowledge and experience.Innovation:Being proactive and results oriented I quickly realised that one of the key transformations of growth and sustained over achievement was to be an early adopter of engaging the specialist consultancy teams. These were a higher profit margin solution and a bespoke offer for clients who did not have the capability or resources internally to manage. This outsourcing model meant we would then have earlier and deeper relationship with the client which meant we would be at the forefront of any further requirements which improved our forecasting and profitability and long-term business KPI’s.

Tribal was an integrated marketing communications company with multiple specialisms across, advertising, technology and education. In 2007 Tribal sold the recruitment marketing and advertising division, which was bought by TMP.Key responsibilities for my role were managing briefs for design, copywriting, web site build, branding, print digital and on-line campaigns. Project management across both public sector and commercial clients, such as Nottingham City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Nottingham Fire and Rescue, Northamptonshire Police, Thornton’s and TNT.Growth: Based out of the Nottingham office the principle focus was on client retention and broadening the overall service offering. Due to the success of the account management retention program new business targets were conservative and therefore achieved.Culture:A large regional team based in Nottingham with in-house creative, client and specialist consultancy services. This was a vibrant, friendly and energising environment where working to tight deadlines was an everyday occurrence and where everyone celebrated in each other’s successes.Innovation:Conducting service reviews enabled me to focus on new business opportunities and delivering specialist workshop presentations was part of the pipeline fulfilment process to achieve growth targets. This process helped to transform my personal organisational management skills to new levels.

Royal Caribbean International is known for driving innovation at sea and has continuously redefined cruise vacationing since its launch in 1969. Each successive class of ships is an architectural marvel and pushes the envelope of what is possible on a cruise ship.I worked within a team of eight photographers on 3 different ships in the Caribbean and Europe. Key roles were taking photographs, approximately 20,000 a week, processing and printing onboard and selling the photographs within the onboard Photo Gallery.Working to tight deadlines, strong teamwork and being customer focussed.
