    As part of the global launch of the K-pop Festival, I conducted market, partner, consumer, and trend analyses in the US. I analyzed differences in customer experience between the US and Korea through market research and focus group interviews with US K-pop fans. Using business strategy and design thinking tools, I developed a strategic plan model and framework, including a go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and community engagement plan. I also created a budget plan, including production and marketing costs. Starting with Bangkok in April 2023, the Water Bomb Festival will continue to expand overseas franchises.
