Review outstanding order to plan for production schedule. Calculate the raw material needed, provide commit date, and ensure the orders are delivered on time. Partnered with Purchasing, Production and Warehouse to ensure the schedule is on track. Data collection includes the output of products, percent gain of finished goods, process efficiency etc.-Experienced in production supervision: manpower arrangement & process monitoring based on product working instruction. Manage production activities to ensure the process runs smoothly.
