Ran press conference on the report, which had multiple major media outlets citing and promoting the findings. • Conducted report on the LAPA Plan after designing and implementing the project end-to-end. Achieved the global recognition ‘Pioneer of Change’ in 2015 as one of the 21 most successful cases of low carbon and sustainable development in the developing countries. Moderated a side event and introduced the LAPA Plan pilot project at the China Pavilion during COP21 in Paris. • Built a strong relationship with multi-stakeholders in southern countries, like Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Designed and implemented the projects to invite senior Chinese climate change delegates to visit their community pilots. Successfully invited Mr Xie Zhenhua, the highest level Chinese government official on climate change, to the communities in Laos and Vietnam. He highly appreciated the efforts made by local people and Oxfam. • Promoted strategic dialogues and cooperation among multi-stakeholders.
