    Retired from OCC July-2011 after 34-years. Last position there was manager/ADC of the Georgia Field Office where I was responsible for bank supervision, personnel training and development, outreach, etc.Joined FNBB Nov-2011 to manage external loan review services with clients in 6 southeastern states. Focus was mostly on independent loan review and assessment of credit risk management including credit policy, underwriting and loan approval, etc. for client banks. Also responsible for business development and sometimes assisting clients with regulatory matters. I departed FNBB 3/31/21 and resumed my work in bank consulting and loan review.
