    Peterborough Software is now incorporated within the NorthgateArinso (NGA) Group.In 1982 I was the first person on the ground for UK-based Perterborough Software responsible for selling the UNIPAY payroll software package to organisations with IBM Mainframe computers. With the advent of corporate PC networks, I went on to design and devevelop a hybrid PC-based Payroll and HR system called PS2000. This package was subsequently distributed throughout Peterborough Software's UK corporate and international subsidiaries. It became the model for their subsequent UNIX and SQL based HRIS products, evolving into tye PS Enterprise HRMS.I grew the operation to be a fully functional subsidiary company employing 22 staff, becoming the Country Manager in the process, with all Product Development and Support, HR, Sales and Marketing, Budget and Profit Centre accountability.
