The role is responsible for approximately 340 operations employees based at Haverhill, plus hosted organisations totalling approximately 30 people.Have direct authority over the highly regulated API facilities, QA, QC, QCTS, Engineering, EHS and Technical development in addition to the normal support activities. Lead Secondary Operations which includes Planning, Warehousing and Distribution, Packaging and Labelling focused on flexibility and responsiveness.Also a member of the wider Industrial Affairs management team.This role will have significant impact in the Sanofi business. The Renal product line contributes Eur750M of which Eur650M is produced on this site. The secondary operations activity tests, releases, labels and ships some 75% of all labelling runs within the Sanofi's Genzyme product range shipping to around 80 countries. API operations are run on Coyiniuos manufacturing mode, and the site has high specialised expertise in this area, alongside PAT (process analytical technology) and Spray Drying.
