Oversight and management of 30 million child serving organization. TVN grew from serving 300 youth a year (5 locations) to 1350 youth and 21 locations during my tenure as President and CEO. Lead the organization though it's First Capital Campaign and name change from Boys' Village to The Village Network. TVN won the Agency of the year from the National Alliance for Family and Children along with a 3 year demonstration Strategic Planning grant of $250,000 from the Kressge Foundation.

Also developed educational programs in variety of topics (for instance stress management, parenting, child development and organizational leadership. Also designed and implemented prevention programs (child abuse prevention, suicide prevention, teen parent program, positive mental health in the work place and employee assistance programs.) Grew the department from one staff to six in four years.
