As a key executive team member, I assisted in developing presentations for potential buyers and participated in meetings with potential private equity and strategic buyers as company successfully transitioned from private equity ownership to sale to strategic buyer in Sept 2016. In addition to multi-year strategic plan development and execution, have successfully increased focus on team building, financial performance and responsible management of profitable sales growth.
