    These days, much of my time is spent assisting retirees with their real estate needs. Some age restricted communities now have clauses that welcome age 45+. Retirees can choose a home in SUN CITY, SUN CITY WEST (including Corte Bella), SUN CITY GRAND in Surprise, TRILOGY at VISTANCIA in Peoria, SUN CITY FESTIVAL, a few miles west of Surprise, or Pebble Creek in Goodyear, as well as other similar communities throughout the "valley of the sun". With a review of your criteria, I'll help narrow it down. All of these communities have golf courses, parks, hiking, and nearby shopping. Some have dozens of specialized activities and clubs, such as woodworking, jewelry, pottery making, computer classes . . . the facilities and tools are on par with most trade schools ... definitely, something for everyone.
