These solutions drew on both my extensive technical knowledge and established network of business contacts. As Internode’s first sales engineer, I contributed to: * the establishment of pricing constructs and profitability analysis; * the creation of proposal and presentation templates; and * the development of internal business processes and systems for sales & support. In addition to numerous corporate sales, key achievements included: * Creating the Internode Sales Engineering team, in line with geographic and revenue expansion. This included selection, training, leading and mentoring this small group of professionals. * The development of a new product suite - Internode Business Connect (IBC), a private IP wide area networking solution. IBC was the main platform for Internode’s extraordinary success in corporate network sales.
