In my current role I lead the team managing 3 acres of conservatory displays and 4 acres of floriculture crop production. The conservatories include 4,000 permanent taxa and 1000 taxa of seasonally changing floral crops. Seventy percent of the seasonal crops are produced on-site. The team I lead combines innovative plant production and artistic techniques with environmental stewardship to provide world premiere horticultural displays.
