As CEO/President I inspire to be the servant leader overseeing the operation of a great manufacturing company in Temple, Texas. This company is the leader in the forklift battery handling industry and is continuously looking at opportunities to grow the food equipment side of the product lines. We rolled out a new logo and slogan. It is time for Materials Transportation Company to shake off the old and bring on the new look. We are in the middle of learning how to become more LEAN and our employees are doing a tremendous job with process improvement. Go to our new web site and look around. We are now www.GoMTC.com

    • Engineering Manager
      • Apr 1991 - Feb 1993

As the Engineering Manager at All American Gourmet I was responsible for all capital projects, facilities maintenance, and plant sanitation. I had the privilege of working with some of the smartest and enthusiastic supervisors, maintenance technicians, and sanitation engineers in the business. My boss was probably one of the best project management planners in the food industry.

      • Dec 1963 - Nov 1984

During my twenty years in the Air Force I held a variety of positions I suppose saving the best for the last half of my career. My stint at the northern base in North Dakota was challenging and rewarding at the same time. I learned a lot leading a squadron of vintage F-106 fighter interceptors maintenance effort in extreme conditions. My advantage were a group of highly skilled, dedicated, and sometimes rowdy officers and airmen that kept me busy while maintaining a high flying and efficiency rate.
