I was responsible for the business development and outreach to North American and international lotteries for programs designed to support the sale of lottery products. These programs included a variety of interactive platforms and lottery retailer support, with strong emphasis on Scientific Games’ industry-leading customer loyalty platform and mobile apps. On the business development side, I collaborated with executive-level employees at North American and European lotteries to determine needs and promote solutions offered by Scientific Games. Among these solutions, I utilized the company’s extensive licensed property portfolio to create promotional programs designed to enhance lottery games and attract new customers. These programs included mobile apps, second-chance web sites and loyalty programs. On the casino side, I developed programs that tied-in with land-based casino gaming, particularly with lotteries that supply Video Lottery Terminals and/or regulate casino gaming in their state.Successes included:- Instrumental in growing loyalty program at Scientific Games from one customer in 2010 to current total of 12- Managed multiple RFP responses, including awards in five of six responses- Created licensed product programs for Scientific Games’ casino gaming brands that were successfully cross-marketed as lottery games

Within Hasbro's Digital Group, I managed the licensing relationships in the gaming category for one of the world’s largest toy and game companies. Key licensors included Scientific Games (Lottery), WMS (casino-based gaming) and EA (mobile and play-for-fun games).I negotiated contracts which expanded number of brands utilized for slot machines and lottery products. This created the groundwork for future agreements that utilized Hasbro brands on additional gaming products, including mobile gaming.
