In June 2016, I was chosen by the Empire's Board of Directors to be the manager of Full-Service Company. During my work there, I performed the following: 1- Restructuring the company according to modern standards, in order to lessen the administrative routine and eliminate the corruption that was existing. 2- Deciding a timeline to perform the changes and improvements in the company in order to improve the quality of the services that the company was presented to its clients, and also to improve the skills of staff through training courses by using the available technology and data resources. 3- Exploring the strong and weak points of the company in order to develop the company within a short period of time. 4- Studying the revenues and the expenses of the company and establishing an accurate finance system to control the company's income. 5- The company's income was raised by 20-23% annually for three successive years , and that was accomplished by organizing the company's basic needs, the number of staff , working hours, organizing the expenses budget, and creating new income sources for the company. 6- Improving the quality of services that the company was presented to its clients three times more than it was before. This was accomplished by creating a service center that was open 24 hours a day, listening to the customers' demands, and making surveys and presenting reasonable solutions to satisfy the customer’s needs with the available means. 7- Complying with the modern methods and principles of marketing to advertise for the services that the company was offering, and to ensure the client's safety and security within the project.

Nov 2010 - Jun 2016
As the Kurdistan region was a newfangled area in terms of big investments such as the Empire project, thinking about managing its sales in the classical ways was not any more useful. Therefore, I decided to use the experience that I gained from participating in the business management courses of (IFC Organization), and I presented and conducted the following to succeed in my tasks: 1. Establishing a new department for marketing and sales for the company, and allocating staff and technicians who were specialized in (sales, marketing, advertisements, research, and database ...etc.). 2. Preparing studies and surveys about the market and region’s needs from the customer's aspect, and then presenting these as reports to the company's board of directors so that they would be informed about the local market's demands. 3. Focusing on the importance of advertisement to achieve the success of the sales process, and using all the modern advertisement methods such as :( participating in international and commercial fairs, TV commercials, and billboards, advertisements in newspapers, websites, and social media…) 4. Evaluating the product/services by customers. This was performed through questionnaires, surveys, and after-sales services. Then reports about customers' opinions were given to the project management in order to develop the project. 5. Staying in contact with the customers through field visiting and attending the events that the company was arranging for them occasionally.

During my work with I-ACCI, I achieved the following: 1- Gaining more than 250 members to be honorary and trade members of the Chamber; they were mainly businessmen and KRG officials. 2- Participating with the chamber's team to prepare for the most significant event in KRG's history: writing the draft of KRG Investment Law 2006, and the issuing of Iraq's Oil and Gas Law in 2007. This was accomplished through making conferences and intellectual seminars within and outside of KRG. Those events were attended by staff and members of embassies, consulates, and trade bureaus that were working in the region. Opinions were gathered and passed to the officials of KRG and Iraq's central government. 3- Creating and building commercial and diplomatic relationships with international and regional companies by conducting visits to them and encouraging them to participate in trade fairs and investing in Kurdistan Region. 4- Participating in the success of the international and trade fairs that the Chamber was made under the name (Kurdistan DBX) in Erbil, Suleimanyah, and Duhok. 5- By benefiting from the support of international organizations such as IFC, I supervised the most notable awareness and educational campaigns for businessmen and owners of local companies. This was accomplished by taking courses in business management, learning English, and using a computer. 6- Direct supervision to the fairs that the Chamber was made to provide job opportunities to the unemployed in Erbil and Suleimanyah in 2008 and 2009 under the name (Kurdistan Job Fair). 7- Working as an editor of the Kurdistan Region trade activities in (Free Trade) magazine that was issued monthly by I-ACCI.
