As a Office Technician with the Bureau of Firearms under the Special Agent Supervisor responsibilities include inventorying, running and analyzing basic informant background checks, maintaining various databases, creating manuel spreadsheets, ordering supplies and tracking and retaining various records. Inventory duties remain various and include creating and maintaining detailed case file spreadsheets, filing of property receipts, logging incoming law enforcement correspondence and creating/updating uniform and equipment logs. Responsible for ordering, processing and documenting various office supplies and Special Agent enforcement equipment transactions via personal Cal-Card. Solely responsible for creating agent training spreadsheets and entering qualifications into the ATRS Mapper Database System for all Northern California Firearms Agents. Other duties include granting database access and password resets of the following databases: LEAWEB, TLOxp, Accurint, Cal-Photo, DOJ Portal, SINS/SharePoint and CCPOR for all new and transfer BOF employees.
