Word Processing Specialist/Jr. Database Administrator
-
Jul 2001 - Feb 2006
-

Processed bankruptcy documents for multiple states. Implemented a new program called ProLaw, which included creating "packages" of required documents for each state represented by the attorneys working for the firm. These documents either needed to be created from scratch to match court documents from the court website, or were fillable forms that needed their fields to pull from fields I needed to create in a special tab in ProLaw. Trained coworkers in my department. Also worked as a Junior Database Administrator in charge of weekly backups of the firm's data, which I stored off-site. Helped any user in the building who may have a problem with a hardware or software issue. Also helped in the regular rotation of installing and updating new computers for the firm.
