    Working for a small company awarded me many opportunities to experience different departments, from marketing and HR to budgeting and policy development. I worked on major structural and policy changes as the company outgrew its original capacity. Developing a new pricing structure for client memberships and implemented the new structure including training many new and old staff members on the policy changes that were made. I developed and implemented several marketing campaigns, as well as created and launched online content for our website and social media, as well as written and image based content for newsletters and print media. In this role also had extensive event management experience though the coordination and operations of many shows and events for upwards of 200 people.

    As Site Manager for CAPREIT, with a four person team, we handled all the operations of our nine building portfolio, including integrating six building acquisitions in two years. Overall responsibilities included: leasing rental units, using SAP real estate to create leases and manage client profiles, maintaining low A/R regarding rent and other payments, handling evictions and arbitration cases, scheduling monthly turnovers including move in’s, move out’s and renovations, purchasing using SAP procurement for vendors and supplies and tracking completed work, as well as maintaining a standard of general maintenance and upgrades for buildings and units in accordance with specific budgets.
