    I am the plant administrator for a small coal fired power plant. In addition to the usual clerical duties, I also track generation, fuel consumption, and emissions data for daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. I do all of our purchasing and coordinate shipping in and out. I interact with vendors and contractors on various projects. I am the training coordinator for our computer based technical training program. We have different programs for each trade, operations position, and supervisors. I am heavily involved in the budget process, both annual forecasting for the upcoming budget, and tracking the current budget. I approve and pay our invoices, and monthly credit card reconciliation. I have recently been the project manager for retrofit of our ash filter bag house, and currently managing the removal and installation of a new stack elevator for our furnace chimney.
