    Through the Advanced Commercial Mediation Institute ("ACMI") Jerome and his Co-Chair, Richard DeWitt, produced and presented six ACMI international two day educational conferences in cities throughout the United States, for advanced commercial Mediators. ACMI was co-sponsored by the American Arbitration Association and Harvard Law School's Harvard Negotiation Initiative Institute and the Association for Conflict Resolution. Attendees came from throughout the United State, Europe, India, Australia and the Middle-'East.

    Since the mid-1970s my legal, litigation, conflict resolution and business consulting services have extended to a national and international base of clients. These have included individuals, business entities and non-profit organizations, United Nations Ambassadors, a Monarchy and members of its Royal Family through a sanitation worker, taxi driver and numerous businesses and "real life people" in between.Throughout have served individuals and organizations in conflict situations as a professional Mediator, Arbitrator and Facilitator. My dispute transformation services have been recognized by numerous national and international associations which have certified me to their mediation and arbitration Neutral panels, including my presence on a number of American Arbitration Association panels. I have been peer recommended and admitted as a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and Certified to the International Mediation Institute, based in the Hague, Netherlands. Contrary to the saying "those who cannot, teach" - I can, and I also teach. I have presented numerous national and international training programs for conflict resolution professionals, and have twice been an invited presenter of programs at the United Nations. Although I have litigated numerous cases in three federal courts and many state courts, I firmly believe that alternate forms of dispute resolution best serve parties in conflict - as such, I experience my activities as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Facilitator as my most rewarding service.
