Jermaine is an incredibly talented strategist and supportive leader. I reported to him as a Marketing Manager at Spear Education and it was a delight. He is able to deftly manage expectations for leadership and stakeholders to allow his team to work with autonomy. He’s both creative and practical, generating big ideas and executable ideas and finding the happy medium for a winning strategy. He is the most skilled person I’ve ever met at identifying and fostering the unique talents of his team. His humor, insight, and trust make him a stellar mentor, manager, and team leader. I’d be thrilled to work with him again but, for now, any team would be lucky to have him!
