As Chrysalis continues to grow within InnerChange my role has moved from more direct managing of the residential team to a stronger operational role. I oversee the chef and cooking team, transportation team, and buildings and facilities. I have continued in a more official manner to manage the growing IT needs of Chrysalis as the school grows both in how many families we are serving as well as the growing need to integrate technology into our students growth and treatment.
