Current senior role is to complete the international production audits for new products procured for new business to OEMs in the United States. Existing role is risk analysis and evaluation of logistics, packaging, and abnormal conditions. I am supporting 3 branches directly and provide general indirect quality/engineering support to the other 4 global part branches in the U.S. I directly support customer complaints to identify root cause analysis and counter measurement to production problems with Tsusho parts. I am the liaison between the customer and supplier to minimize impacts and negotiate costs affiliated with these impacts. I coordinate a variety of documents to adhere to PPAP requirements and to obtain Process or Engineering change points. I support import and export teams for Tsusho. Among these duties I am the IMDS champion and can develop/create PPAP documents upon request. The best title to identify my diversified role with Tsusho is a professional problem solver and liaison between international companies.
