First Response Mental Health is a SaaS company that offers an app based solution for managing Peer Support Programs for first responders. I joined the company as it was in a rapid expansion mode, and carved out a role helping the sales and marketing teams identify, define, calibrate, and where possible, automate processes in support of increasing revenue. I have recently also become the lead in responding to Requests for Proposals. • Automated customer proposal generation for our Sales team using a Google Apps Script, turning a 15 minute process into 15 seconds of data entry via google forms• Led the mapping of the entire marketing and sales continuum from lead generation to sales close, to document and then analyze deal movement that resulted in successfully identifying several revenue prediction indicators• Using Pandas (Python) was able to create a profile of our ideal client in terms of likliehood "to close" • I led the sales team in A/B assessment of their key goals, which was critical in helping the organization to develop sales metrics and goals• Initiated, led, and implemented a reduction in the sales cycle by analyzing historical deals, and isolate closing indicators. This: o Allowed the sales team to prioritize work on deals most likely to close o Reduced sales closing time by nearly 10%• Based on the above indicators, set the scoring values for the HubSpot score property, which allowed the sales team to more accurately identify deals that likely to close, and generate revenue processes, which increased email open rates, demo bookings, and overall customer engagement• Managed our HubSpot database, including supporting users, auditing data, and fixing errors, to ensure maximum data usability• Created and populated a management dashboard with customized reports on BDR activity, sales funnels, pipeline movement, and other metrics

Program Coordinator, Integrated Mentorship Program
-
Jun 2015 - Mar 2017
I oversaw and coordinated all aspects of the mentorship program including administration, program promotion (marketing), mentor recruitment and partnerships, corporate outreach, staff training and development, and program evaluation and reporting. I also ran the men's support group within our program which allowed me to both better understand our clients needs, and develop my core counselling skills. I produced monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for our funder, as well as drafted funding proposals/bids on RFP's for the program. Additionally I provided leadership to the broader organization on employment and training issues. This included advice to senior leadership, the development of workshops, and internal staff training on employment and career related issues.
