As a Marketing Producer for MLB.com, I have been responsible for managing all online ticket sales, campaigns, sweepstakes, major site updates, and maintenance for whitesox.com. I have also participated in both technical and business development projects for both whitesox.com and mlb.com. I managed the ada compliance conversion for all of whitesox.com, as well as major upgrades to all the major pages over the last two years. I have been in charge of all email marketing for the White Sox including, breaking news, ticket information and alerts, community and fan club related mailings. In the last three years I also managed Jermaine Dye's campaign for the 2008 All-Star Game, emails and web site tracking Jim Thome's journey to 500 home runs, a grassroots community Volunteer Corps that uses the website and emails to gather volunteers from around the area to work with the club on various community projects, as well as coordinating and deploying all social media strategies currently employed by the Chicago White Sox as well as assisting with other clubs social media projects including the New York Yankees, and the Minnesota Twins. .Major projects include: -Managing and deploying all online sales initiatives for whitesox.com-Managing the White Sox registered users list, season ticket holders list, and fan club lists-Development and strategy of social media campaigns for whitesox.com using multiple online mediums-Managing and deploying all online sweepstakes for whitesox.com, and as well as various other club projects
