Efficiently managed all requirements relating to Marketing Association memberships.

PA/Office Manager/Project Support PA and HR support to GM and Management Team (6 people) and extensive administrative and organisational support to 154 staff members over 3 Fonterra sites (Auckland, Hamilton, Eltham). Project Support – played an integral role in the set-up of the brand new Customer Service Centre. This included assisting Accenture Consultants with assessment centres during the recruitment process of new staff, as well as ongoing involvement with training and induction programmes. Coordinated complex seating plans for 150 staff, utilising 112 seats over 3 shift patterns. Looked after the facilities for the Customer Service Centre Wrote and published weekly Communication Broadcasts to staff. Arranged an array of successful events for the Customer Service Centre. Successfully implemented a Staff Training & Development plan.
