    As part of the Store Environment department, I played a key role in the development of the new ‘off-mall’ prototype. The new concept has an improved, more organized layout, and a modernized look and feel. I developed and maintained the new store prototype plans and other design concepts within my assigned divisions. (Operational areas of the store, specifically customer service areas, checkouts, salon, portrait studio, catalog and back of house areas such as offices and stock room.) As part of this, I developed and maintained planning and design criteria which provided direction for the Store Planners to apply to site specific new stores and take-over locations.I coordinated with outside design consultants, architects and suppliers. I managed various design and planning projects and served as a primary contact, for key internal clients within Construction Services, Operations, Procurement and Salon to develop design solutions for their respective new programs and initiatives.

    As part of the Store Environment department I managed projects working closely with Senior Management and key internal clients in Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Real Estate, Construction and Procurement to develop new design concepts and store plans which were aligned with the Company’s new business initiatives. As the lead designer, I coordinated external design consultants, Architects, vendors, suppliers and fixture manufacturers to develop fixture designs, and construction documents.I played a key role in various ‘store within a store’ programs and designed concepts for new and existing stores in test markets. I developed a prototype set of design and planning criteria for chain-wide retro-fit rollouts of these programs.I developed and maintained the new store prototype and developed design/planning criteria that was applied to site specific locations in order to achieve a more consistent look and feel for all new stores, rennovations and take-overs built after 2003.

    National Architectural / Engineering Firm specializing in Corporate, Health Care and Institutional Design.I designed and produced Space Plans and Construction Documents for corporate offices and call centers. Projects included facilities for SBC, Bank One, Cingular and the City of Dallas. I created impressive Color Boards, Finish Plans, Furniture Plans and presentation materials.I demonstrated teamwork and communication skills by working as part of a large team to coordinate construction documents, and assisting with client move coordination projects.
