Performing in my current role as Project Manager for SHI, I directly manage Customer IT Service engagements. I'm excited to return to my roots of Project Management for our Customers. With a diversity of projects I have managed in the past including PC Refresh, Windows 7 Migrations, Server Rack and Stack with Data Center deployments as well as Software enablement services such as SharePoint deployments, Enterprise Vault and Security assessments, pen-test and remediation projects this aligns nicely with the goals of SHI Professional Services Organization.

I began at SHI as an Inside Sales Rep. working with a terrific Outside Sales Rep. servicing the Denver, CO corporate territory. After 2 years I was promoted to the Hardware Resources Dept. and began working with our Hardware Manufacturers to develop stronger relationships as well as provide internal support to SHI staff.In 2003 I was promoted into the fledgling Services Dept. and have been here for the last 5 years in various roles and capacities. In the role of Engagement Manager involves the support and management of Service Opportunities from solicitation through completion.

In this role, paired with and Outside Sales Representative, we looked for every opportunity to provide cost savings to the Customer and provide a high-quality experience for IT procurement.Subsequently I was promoted in 2001 to the Hardware Resources Department to assist the overall sales force with increasing their Hardware sales to customers. This role included a variety of duties involving the hardware manufacturers in both an operational and marketing capacity.

Every summer since I graduated as a camper I worked at the Town of Bedford Recreation Dept. as a camp counselor. I started at 12 in the Tiny Tots section and eventually moved up to the Day Camp as a Counselor and then eventually the Art Specialist. What a great way to spend the summer!
